Yes. Every tester signs up with a verified Google account, completes a 14-day onboarding test on a seed app to prove engagement, and is reputation-scored. We never use emulators, automation, or click farms — Google's anti-abuse systems catch those instantly and the developer who used them gets banned.
Since November 2023, every new personal Google Play developer account must run a Closed Testing track with at least 12 testers actively engaging for 14 consecutive days before they can publish to Production. TestRing supplies real testers + tracks engagement + generates a compliance PDF receipt you can keep for records.
Subscriptions cancel anytime — you keep access until the period ends. One-shot launches can be refunded to platform credit before the test is staffed; once testers are matched, we refund 50% if you cancel within 24 hours, none after that (testers have already started).
